Objective

Challenge, inspire, and equip attendees to engage in intentional and proactive strategic growth to reach their maximum leadership potential in both business and personal endeavors.

Help attendees identify and develop the inherent qualities of leadership in others to help them maximize their impact and achieve their potential as leaders.

Develop a leadership growth plan based on the results of their on-line assessment and the 21 laws.

Course Synopsis

Prior to the course attendees complete an online leadership assessment. The results from the assessment are used to help each attendee create and apply an individualized leadership growth plan. After exploring the differences between managing and leading, we offer an intensive two-day interactive program. The six levels of leadership are introduced, discussed, and applied in an interactive workshop environment. Upon completion of the course, each attendee will leave with a written course of action to help them apply what they learned during the program.

The Six Levels of Leadership
Level 1: Liberty
Free yourself from self-imposed lids holding you down.
Level 2: Engagement
Growing leaders engage in a process of personal development.
Level 3: Advancement
Leadership is earned, advancement requires influence.
Level 4: Destiny
The long-term vision of a leader and all that is required to achieve it.
Level 5: Efficiency
The more responsible leaders become, the more efficient they must be.
Level 6: Resonance
Most focus on current work, leaders look ahead.
Program Length
2 days of Experiential Training
Class Size
Minimum of 8 and maximum of 20 participants.
Structure
Two days of Experiential Workshop-Oriented Leadership Training with a maximum of 20 participants. The six levels of leadership are evaluated and discussed with a focus individual application with respect to the attendees individual strengths and weaknesses. Each attendee receives John C. Maxwell’s book The 21 Irrefutable Laws of Leadership.
Coaching
Within a month after the two-day leadership program attendees receive a complementary coaching session with Dr. Tom Cocklereece for up to one hour. The objective of this session is to reinforce the application of the concepts and principles taught in the course through the implementation of their leadership growth plan.
